Change of battery was very quick, however i was shocked that my 2018 Honda Accord battery needed to be replaced not even 3 years old battery

I was recently involved in a car accident and I brought my car into a different shop and received terrible auto repair. Not once, not twice, but three times. On top of having to bring my car back multiple times and them not getting it right, They had terrible customer service skills as well. Frustrated from a bad experience, I brought my car to Norms Reeves Honda wary of having a another bad experience but hopeful that they will be the guys to get it right.
Kevin took the time to listen to my story and what has been happening with my vehicle and came up with a solid plan of attack to address my issues and explore every possible outcome. Having received my car back having the issue fixed right the first time was a breath of fresh air. Thank you Kevin!!
