Luis was exceptional from the moment I walked in the door. He addressed me and my concerns with sincerity and kindness. He went above and beyond his duties (I believe) and made sure I was taken care of very well. He was very communicative and respectful anytime we spoke, and made sure to keep me updated every step of the way. Honestly, my experience with the situation with my car was unacceptable but Luis handled the situation so well that it completely turned things around for me. If I didn’t have someone like Luis helping me, I can’t imagine how I would be feeling right now. Others should take note on how to properly handle delicate situations in customer service as he did! Michael did an excellent job handling our service. The two recalls were completed early and the car was ready by ay about 2pm.we were unable to pick up the car until 5pm. We were on our way to dinner with family. When I arrived I found the car unwashed and it was quite dirty from the rain we had last week. The gentleman retrieving the car for us noticed I was a little unhappy and offered to get it washed but we didn't have time at that point. It could have been completed in the 3 hours it Sat there. Just a bit disappointed since your team normally doesn't miss a beat with our other Honda.
