Honestly, the reason I buy cars from you is because of the service team ( mechanics that are behind the scenes too) but specifically because of Arbenz. Over the years, he really made an effort to know/remember us. For ex, he knows both of my cars, my small kids and safety is important, I’m a real person on a budget, etc. he takes great care of our cars and is very personable. He calls and gives me updates and is always an all around great guy. He is the reason I have always had both of my cars (that I bought there) and always come back. He really goes above and beyond to help us and communicate everything with us. He is an “A” player. Our thanks to him.
