It was not “warm & fuzzy”- it’s a constant up-sale process. It’s exhausting!
They used to call you, right away & the car was in the drive-out lane. Now they
Park it on the lot. Who knows how long it’s been ready. It was hot inside of the car so am assuming it was there a while. Things aren’t the way they used to be.
If you have a wash-rack ( as many dealers do) it would be nice if you would runs the cars thru. A little customer satisfaction goes a long way.
