The engine oil was changed as part of the car service ( among other things). But the next day there was puddle of oil under the car hood. I called the dealership on Sunday and advise to bring the car in on Monday. It was fixed on Monday morning. The reason given was that the oil seal was damaged during the service because either it was old or over tightened. But either way it should have been caught during the service or handled properly.

I just spent close to $1900 on my car with Norm Reeves. In leaving the service center, I was told that a full diagnostic had been performed and that the car was good to go. The next day the same sputtering issue that I complained about, before the service was provided, is still there and the check engine light has come on and gone back off. I am back to worrying about the reliability of my car. I will be taking my car to a mechanic who hopefully knows what they are doing.
