There was gross liquid/gooey substance covering my door handle and on the car. Also, items from my glove compartment were taken out and left near the passenger seat. I wasn't made aware that the technicians would need access to the inside of my glove compartment. I wish there was more transparency in what happens to my car when it's taken to the back; maybe have a camera and allow customers to view their vehicles when they're being serviced? Also, my husband said the rearview mirror was adjusted in a way that he couldn't move back to where he likes it but I'm not sure if that was the technicians... it's a mystery still.
