Jeffrey Sabraw failed to provide any customer service. Jeffrey was not courteous nor helpful at all. Failed to offer shuttle service during the long wait. Failed to go over details of the service. Jeffrey was only interested in his commission not customer service. Very disappointing.

While the car was being serviced, he followed up with emails and let me know when the service was completed. He was patient, professional and knowledgeable about the service I wanted. Excellent job!

I was mostly satisfied. However, communication was a little bit difficult regarding courtesy shuttle services to and from my home. I also was left out in the cold for quite some time waiting for someone to bring me the key to my car. But overall satisfied.
