Picked up my car after leaving it there and it still needs more service . Service needed in three weeks message was on when I picked up car . Why wasn’t this performed when I left it earlier ?
Now I have to go back another day to get more service when it should have all been done at once . Last time I had a poor experience as well. I’ll be going to a different dealership from now on

Saib was as honest as he could be prior to my 2011 Odyssey’s 3rd visit in one week. And since it was the 3rd time within a week that I had to come back, knowing that it could take a little longer to fully diagnose my van, Saib already had a loaner car available once my van was towed in to Honda service. It was a very busy day that day but Saib made sure he was attentive to my needs 1st, like I was receiving special treatment! Saib kept me abreast as to what was happening throughout the day.
