Poor customer service, they refuse to check my window runner that I requested to get checked for air whistling, and after changing a wheel bearing on my front tire for rubbing noise that’s wasn’t that loud and worse now they diagnosed it that it’s normal, what kind of customer service it’s that, they shouldn’t change the wheel bearing in the first place if it was not that the problem, also they addmited that this problem is in some models but others not, at the same time told me that is normal,
Horrible customer service, I hope Honda does something to improve this customer service.

Hector, was a gem. I came in because someone on the phone in service said my service would take an hour. When I came in, Hector said it could take up to an hour and 20 minutes. I told him I was already told it would take an hour and that I would not come back for future service if it took longer. Hector did what he had to and low and behold, it was done before the hour was up. I’ll be back and Hector should be recognized for what he did. Thank you Hector as I haven’t come across that over and above service in a long time.
