Saib Gonzalez was very helpful, he came out from his seat and came to the drive where i was waiting to be attended, he wrote my car down and sent it to the mechanic right away. After my car was done, he walked me to the cashier and was ready to go home.

Very poor service.
1-said I wanted a car abttery. Test it and left it sit in driveway while other customers after me were serviced.
2-In the service room, many workers did not have face masks and broke the 6' space rule.
3-I had to ask when finished. And Michael had the paper but was going to help a new customer when I was already waiting. So he gave the peper work to any guy.
4-The cashier did not call for my car. So I had to find another guy to get my car>
5-The cashier could not explain that labor is taxed.
6-I am a senior in good health
7-What happened to the :Honda Good Guy"?
Very disatisfied and very poor customer service.
