Service is great there. I wish you offered car washes to your customers however. That would be great! I had to correct my email address also; didn’t notice until I got home, that it was not right. I notified Adrian Martinez via text when I got home.

Michael did a great job. I'm disturbed that a common problem with this model is not a free fix and it is extremely expensive. Additionally I was only 4000 miles out of warranty. The fact that it should be covered for so long indicated there is a design issue.

I had an appointment at 0730. I was out by 1145. Now these appointments are either worthless. I call Saib and ask for the earliest one and he said at 0730 so why did I see all these cars already in. Was my appointment just a waist off time. I know in the past when they take this long I would be handed a car to go home but I guess that change. I would appreciate that at least I be given a time of how long is going to take instead of the customer asking.
