I was notified via text that the technician turn in the report for my vehicle...said it was recommended by their expert opinion that I needed new breaks. I replied saying I had just changed them out last month. He then replied saying the front break pads are definitely new, it’s the back ones that are low. I replied telling them I bought 4 brand new pads last month and installed them myself and I did not get a response..
