There was not clear communication about the due bill for services promised and as a result, I was accused of writing something in which was actually the salesperson's handwriting on a post it note. I didn't appreciate that. That should have been worked out better ahead of time to avoid the suspicion being thrown on to me for trying to sneak something over on the service department.
