I'm shocked. Your technician examed my van and recommended me to replace the power steering system, including pump, hose, and gear box for a leaking issue. Since it costs approximate $3000, I asked another auto mechanic to perform a thorough exam, I received a totally different report. Therefore, I pursued a third opinion. The report told me that your technician gave me a diagnosis that was irresponsible and unnecessary. I'm very disappointed. Plus, one of the repairs that I need to do was repaired by you on 12/20/19. I've kept informing your staff, the leaking problem continues. However they told me that it is a different problem. This is totally unacceptable! The problem was not fixed. I will need your help to investigate this case. Thank you.
