I had previously gone to Honda Santa Ana regarding my air conditioning and mentioned how it’s not cold enough. Both times I was told just needed some refrigerate. I took in in this and now I’m being told it needs to be fixed and got is over $1,000.00. I was shocked and angry.

I took in my vehicle for an oil change and fix of the aux cord input. The oil was changed but the oil life reader in the dash was not reset. The aux cord input was not fixed and now my “aux “ option in the radio doesn’t even work. It made the issue worse. This “fix” took 2 days to do; from Friday afternoon to Saturday afternoon.
