I was told the car was ready and I could pick it up by 5pm. If after 5pm, they would leave it with sales department. I showed up 5:15pm (only 15 minutes after shop closed) and no one around to help. When I went to sales, they had no record of car or keys. I waited for over 30 minutes while they looked into it and they came back and lied to me, saying they "were waiting on a part" when there was no part to wait for - it was an oil / transmission service. I also was called by my service manager and had a text that the car was done earlier that day. I don't trust them. No going back.
