I’m not happy with the experience that I had. Freeway Honda did not have my part in stock so I have to wait 2 days for it. I told them if they have a loaner car and they said not. So I had to drive and risk my car because Honda can not get they stuff organized. So they did not gave me any solution. I had to pay the part in advance hopefully they receive it in two days. All my family has Hondas, my first car was a Honda and we trusted on the brand but with this service, I prefer change to a different brand Where they care about their customers.

Got there at 3:00 pm to get service. My car has been having issues with the display media not turning on. Went to service for them to tell me to leave my car there because the mechanics were closing shop at 4:00pm. Been having issues with the media not turning for months. Will be last time I buy a Honda, it’s ridiculous how poor the service was and how incompetent the service advisors are. Will advise my family not to get a car at this dealership. They have limited quantities of rentals, informed my advisor I wish to rent a car and he informed me there were only two vehicles one them been a car held for another member which was not been service and another car that seem old and not reliable. He stated he reserve the better car for the other member not been service
