Erick is very thorough and responsive. Unfortunately I have had to bring my car in for one issue after another within the past two years. I don’t have time to be bringing my car into service this often. So I am weary about the quality and design of Honda in these hard times. But Erick, as my service rep did what he could do. It would be nice for Honda to have more available loaners on-hand to offer their regulars some relief from these issues.
