The climate control system is malfunctioning. The technician checked the AC. The AC is working. That was a necessary waste of time. My warranty runs out tomorrow. And the work I brought the car in for was ignored.

I asked for to be taken home and it took them 45 minutes to get me a ride. Than I asked one of the drivers and my name wasn’t even on the list. I wasn’t given a report on my vehicle until the very end . I usually get a tire inspection, battery and a couple of other things in the beginning. I’ve been coming here for 2-3 years and this was the most disappointing service I have received.

During the repair when tech removed the tape my car paint came out. If it was coming I expect at least they should have informed me. I understand things happened but I expect at least a call. This is what I call customer service. Your tech was having an attitude trying to teach me engineering.
My adviser Hector was great he understood the issue and realized that. Please improve your customer service. Customer spectacular clear communication and transparency. I would expect call from service manger if the facility to discuss this.

Absolutely satisfied with both the gentleman who greeted me the service expert who explained in detailed why the low tire message cleptómano coming on the screen for the second time in two weeks! The tire was fixed in less time than expected. I had my 90 year old mother with me and he was so kind to endure we were comfortable in the airing area. He even brought the paper for me to sign instead of leaving my elder mother alone as she needs assistance to walk . Thank you ????????
