Our level of satisfaction is still pending resolution of a repair order for our brake system. We have been told we must wait at least five days for parts, that may or may not be covered by Honda. We are pleased that Oscar talked to his Manager about sending an appeal to Honda Corp.. We would have been further satisfied if Oscar had been able to offer us a loaner car during this period, as we were advised not to drive our car. All of this 2017 CRV's servicing has been done at Freeway Honda.
