I received a text message an hour after dropping my vehicle off that it was completed. I then asked if they wash the cars. I was told "No" even though I had got it washed the last time I was there upon request. After I was told that an exception would be made for me, I thanked Hector for the accommodation. After 4 hours, I never received a message stating that my vehicle was completed. I texted Hector, but didn't get a response. When I called the Service Department, I was told that my vehicle had been completed for some time. I'm not too sure why there was no communication on this.
