My last service was in January and most things were fine (only air filters and brake fluid were listed as needing attention soon). Suddenly today in March, there's a bunch of urgent things that need to be fixed immediately. Employee couldn't tell me why sway bar end link replacements cost twice what they did last year. Tried to tell me the radiator coolant replacement was part of a transmission service. Tried to tell me the urgent work was purely due to my car's age despite my mileage being less than half of the expected mileage for the age is. He wouldn't confirm that they inspected the parts to see if they actually needed replacing. They also didn't give me the 15% off all air filters. They tried telling me one of the filters was "retail". I'm so disgusted by the service today that after coming for multiple years, I will not be a regular customer anymore.

Todays service was suboptimal… I checked in with my vehicle at 8:52 was not completed until almost 12:30 for a routine oil change n tire rotation… no one kept me informed of what was going on with my car until I asked the valet guy… who brought my car out when it had not even been serviced yet… ur crew dropped the ball today… other people came after me for service n left before me… usually I get pretty good service from u guys but today not… next time keep informed of my cars status or I’ll go elsewhere for better service!

The emission problem light came on first thing this morning so I drove straight to the dealership to have it checked out. As usual, Oscar greeted me in his friendly manner and dealt with the right away.
