Today was my first time at Freeway Honda, i must say that my visit was of great satisfaction on so many levels. I had a malfunction with AC since day 1 of getting my civic (Private party purchase). Came in for a regular service with no appointment, got squeezed in and on too of that Saib mentioned about a previous recall on the compressor/ condenser on the vehicle. Made everything so accommodating to get my car completely functional and even offered a ride home. A truly wonderful experience. Thank you Freeway Honda and a special shout to Saib.
