I was very satisfied with Matthew’s Customer Service at Freeway Honda he was very transparent and understanding. However I’m disappointed I spent over $3,000 on a repair and when I got my car back the following morning it began to make a small sound I had not heard before. I thought maybe it would go away after a couple of days however it has just gotten worse and more obvious. I am really hoping they reach out and let me come in with my vehicle so they can inspect it.
