His proactive communication and commitment to the quoted price made the entire process seamless and stress-free.
Unfortunately, the shuttle service did not meet this same standard. I found the driver’s operating style quite unsettling; it was erratic enough that I noticed other passengers appearing visibly uneasy and tense. While Oscar’s service was top-tier, the shuttle experience was a significant drawback to the visit.

We found some spilled oil on the cars front undercarriage that should have been cleaned by the technician. We cleaned it and will continue to check for any oil leaks.
