When I called I had to be transferred to multiple departments since I had ordered parts and needed to pay and make an appointment, and freeway honda is probably the most impressive and quick service on the phone and in person that I have ever experienced. I don't think I waited even a minute between transfers and everyone was super on top of getting me exactly what I needed and they were very friendly. I got my car back just in time to go to Anaheim to watch the Ducks play, and I never had to worry about them taking too long or messing up my door handle installation. Amazing service.
