I never received the multipoint inspection report. Who is suppose to give that to me. The service advisor or the cashier? It would have been nice if service advisor would have went over what was done with my vehicle . Instead he just told me to go to the cashier.
Especially when you spend almost $1100.
I guess I got spoiled going to my other dealership. Where the service advisor does it all. They go over what was done on your vehicle. Give you your paperwork. Then you pay them. One on one customer service.
