I proactively brought my car here because I smelled something burning after they did an oil change. They “checked” the battery and said nothing was wrong. One day later, I smell something burning again and I open my hood to see my battery is leaking battery acid and making a fizzing noise. If they really checked my battery, they would have seen the residue. I turn off my car and then my battery stops working.
The next morning, I kindly ask for freeway Honda to provide towing from Honda roadside assistance and I can pay for the battery. They deny the tow and say I need to pay for it myself. This was Hondas fault yet they blame me for it and the manger is extremely rude on the phone.
Next car I purchase will not be here.

I went in for an oil change and asked for my front end to be inspected because it seems to have been unclipped from the hinges and after the service was finished I look over the paperwork and not a single comment made about my request. My front end is still unclipped.

You guys were good to take $6000 to fix the brake light brought it back because there’s no break on the car yet you guys want to say it’s not related to what it was paid ~ breaks were fine before it was just the light ~ now the brakes don’t work and you guys want to say it’s something else
