I made an online appointment when I arrived y name was not on the list but the days appointments. Luckily I had an email confirming it. I then had to wait at least 20 minutes to be seen. After that it then took 1 hour to get my car back. I wouldn’t exactly call that express. On the good note Antony Sanchez was helpful and informative
