The main issue was that I did not feel safe while waiting for my vehicle. In total, I saw five (5) Honda employees that were either working on vehicles or that were entering the main office without a face mask or facial covering. There were also two customers that were coughing, they were not wearing a mask and nobody from Norm Reeves Honda told them anything. I decided to walk around the lot during my wait because I did not feel that I would be safe in any of the waiting areas. Also, I received an email offer for $10 off an oil change, but the Honda rep that charged me told me that I couldn't use that offer on my vehicle. Why was I descriminated for owning a Pilot? Why did I receive that offer if I wasn't going to be able to use it? Honestly, I don't know if I'll be going back to this Honda service center. I was and I still am very disappointed.
