My only critique of your waiting area is that there need to be more easily accessible power outlets. Especially at the tables by the front entrance. When I bring my car in for service, I usually wait at the dealership. I also usually bring my laptop with me to stay productive. But without a power outlet, my computer dies within 45 minutes. And since I sometimes have to wait 2 hours or more for my car to be ready, having a power outlet close by is a must. And since most people are using their smartphones and tablets while they wait, I’m sure they’d appreciate being able to keep their devices charged as well.
