Well first I was asked if I work at chick fil a I said “yes” and he asked “how long have you worked there?” where I replied “4 years” and in a looking down or condescending way he say “wow that long” …. Like does that matter ? I’m not gonna get into it pay wise how much I make or not compared to him but it’s unnecessary. Lastly due to my negligence a transmission oil change according to multiple websites say you should get it anywhere from 30,000-50,000 miles but as of my last visit I was barely around 20,065 miles so why did I get “suggested” the transmission oil change when I only came in for a regular oil change ….. to me it seems like a good sales tactic and now I feel like I have been tricked into thinking I needed the transmission oil changed. I also asked mechanics sure they aren’t “Honda certified” but nonetheless mechanics they also agree I didn’t need the oil changed for my transmission…. I’m at a place where I always came to do business at Honda and now I’m probably never coming back such a horrible experience bought my first car here 3 years ago and it’s probably my last and doing my oil changes or any maintenance elsewhere thought this place was about honest work.
