You started repairs on my car without my consent and assumed I said to start the repairs. I went in to speak to the manager about it and got absolutely no where. I would never recommend this service department to anyone. Such poor customer service. I’m so upset and disappointed in the way they handle there business and as long as they make their money they can careless amd their customers.

Carlos was friendly, helpful and honest person. He went out of his way to see if any technician was free to take my car in now since they were super short staffed due to Covid. That way, I wasn’t waiting for 3 hours just for an alignment and I woulda just rescheduled if that was the case. He also returned my phone call message pretty fast after I left a message. Great guy
