Valentin Frausto needs to improve on followin up customer regarding service for my car. I came in 7:20 am with an appointment at 7:40 on Jan.17,2022 Valentin told me that i need to leave my car with airconditioner issue for them to check he said by 9am he will call me to let me know the update about it on what was goin on with my aircon HE NEVER DID Instead i called him to find out that was around 2 PM already for me to found out if i dont call i will never know, then he explained it to me so he said if i want i can pick it up and take it back the following day because they can not work on it but need to communicate with honda corporate if they gonna give me the no fee deal on my vehicle then its ok i will just leave it there and pick it up the following day which is today Jan.18 and i never get any call until i call again to find out about my vehicle then they give me to Valentin then that was the time he look it up to his email the respond from honda corporate and if i dont call i will never find out. I have been waiting for nothing from mister Valentin. He never follow up, i understand i need to pay $350 dollars from what he said the corporate respond because it is not consider on my warranty that honda gave because of 2017 honda hatchback airconditioner issue he said it is the evaporator inside the glove box, my car has a less than 40k mileage 4 year and 7 mos old car then now telling me the evaporator is damage which my car has a good airflow no smell coming out, only it is not getting cold, now imy evaporator is damage which i will never found out if i dont call. My car stayed in their premises from 7:20 am of Jan 17,2022 up to Jan. 18 of 2022 for nothing because i am not agreeing to pay $350 for my airconditioner which was he said deductible that the corporate gave. I am very disappointed that i bought my car, so many issue, i did not even get a refund that i paid worth $245 last year for that airconditioner, I am suffering using my car. I actually wants to trade in alreadt why sm gonna pay for an airconditioner even a deductible. HONDA gave me a headache . Then the agent is not that good yes he is respectable but not good on his craft soecially following he zero star for me. I will not comeback in NORM REEVES FOR LIFE PROMISE. And my husband will return his lease with them and will never go back there anymore im sorry but thats how i felt, i am being disregard as customer and it is nothing to do with $350 dectuctible the service is not good with VALENTIN. He needs more training.I decided to trade in my car but in that store never to go back there.
