I had a great experience as far as my car goes....except for one thing. It would have been nice for someone to acknowledge me (and others) waiting even if just by saying "someone will be right with you". I have a 2020 Pilot. Within the first year, i had to take it in for cracking sound in windshield, which was from the audio system. The problem was resolved, or so I thought.
Most recently, the same sound is happening again. When i called to set up appointment, i specifically explained what was happening. Brought in car, only to be told that because the technician did not hear the sound when it was test driven, nothing can be done.
Oh it was suggested that i record the sound when i hear it next, and bring in the evidence.
This customer is not satisfied at all. This is a well known defect in this model. This was not handled to my satisfaction AT ALL.
