Valentin was awesome! Thank you Valentin for providing me with top notch customer service! I appreciate you, especially because I was frustrated. This review is about my opinion on the service I received on the back end. With my situation, There seemed to be lack of listening or maybe it was lack of communication from the parts department to the actual garage to get service on programming a key. They cut a new key when I didn’t request a new key. I bought a shell for the key. Which then took longer than expected. Communication or listening is key! Especially when there is a time factor.

Not only they couldn’t fix the problem,i think they also did more damage to my car,now there’s no power when I accelerate,they did something about the fuel injector and I’m not sure if they did it right or what,brought the car there again for the 3rd time,and hopefully they can actually find and fix the problem.

Was treated horribly. Was asked to wait over an hour only for Honda Service to have had a “miscommunication” about it, saying they were missing parts.
Christopher who was working with me LAUGHED as he told me the news that I waited for nothing and the car could not be fixed.
Fourth time there has been an issue at this location.

I was told my car would be ready by 11am - 11:30 no communication on that not happening, I called back twice with no satisfaction, then I asked for a manager and he apologized for all the mis communication but my car would not be ready till 2-3 I would I am
On the phone with the manager someone calls and tells me the car is ready, no communication within your staff, I would have thought he would have done a complimentary oil change for all the trouble but that did not happen. I lost out in my care giver pay for the day thanks to this situation
