The atmosphere at Norm Reeves Honda West Covina offered a rewarding experience once I exited my vehicle and approached by the Service Advisor Valentin Fausto with his professional customer service knowledge. He introduced himself with a introductory smile, asked how he can assist me, walked around my vehicle, offered a few recommendations. I asked several questions about my 2020 accord which I wasn’t aware of. He answered every questions without any hesitation like as if was the owner. He typed my service documents. I waited for and hour and a half in waiting lounge and to my surprise my vehicle was completed to my satisfaction.
Having the opportunity with the warm welcome of Valentin Fausto from Norm Reeves West Covina will continue to be a customer with new vehicle Sales and Service and shared the experience with family and friends.
