Everytime I bring my car in for service I’m treated very well with patience and efficiency. I always need a car loaner to get to work as I am a night shift nurse and my Honda team always comes thru for me. **** and Trinity are always my 2 service representatives and they both provide excellent service and customer service. Joseph was very attentive when I brought my issue to he’s attention. I didn’t have an appointment, i just walked in and he right away came when he was Paiged by another employee. He did explained in detail the issue and apologized that the mechanic technician missed and overseen the battery car corrosion, my car was in their shop for servc less than 2 weeks ago. I also mentioned to him about a noise my car has been making , and the techs haven’t been able to oinnpint the problem. he right away called a tech and went to test drive the car . So over all I was very happy and satisfied . Car still making noise so I would follow up with him per he’s advice

I just wanted the tire to be repaired; but Norm Reeves wanted me to buy/purchase a new tire. I can't believe Norm Reeves technicians do not have a large enough "patch" to repair the tire. Trinity suggested I go back to Tucker Tires and have them "patch" it up. I also think your pricces for repair work are too high, but that's my opinion. I could go on, but I won't.

The ordered the part to be replaced but they didn't tell that I could not connect my phone to the device to have hand free use. And it wasn't working but now lights that used to be on by the radio no longer are and certain features are gone. I am always happy with my service her but just wish they would of told me the changes or the features that are no longer working. The radio works now but that seems to be the only thing. They said the were going to order a new radio panel.
