Andrew Sharma was great went above and beyond was very helpful, however the problem lies with Ethos Group the extended warranty that I purchased they did not want to cover the repair on my car Andrew pleaded my case to them and they were very rude with him on the phone. I was very disappointed with Ethos group. Being that this is my first claim with them and spending $3,300 on a warranty. I feel ripped off by them. I am not happy.. I have always been satisfied with Norm Reeves Honda West Covina service department. Never any issues until now..

Ram went above and beyond to get me the vehicle back on time and also was very thorough on the work that was done on the vehicle. Even though the condition on the vehicle might continue because the rear camber was still not properly aligned. We will see how it goes and if it continues to give me the same problem; I will bring it back for the 4th time. Or file a lemon law case

I arrived at 8:40 in the morning did not leave till almost 2:30 pm for a issue that was not caused by me. I'm very upset with Honda i will be contacting corporate office. I had a wait for a shuttle almost one hour. It's ridiculous!!

3+ hour wait for an oil change is unacceptable! I made an appointment for 2 PM and didn’t get my car until 5:20. Why make appointments if it’s not on time.
At that point make it a walk in. Unacceptable. Just unacceptable and a waste of time.
