Ram had a good customer service; in other words, he was really excellent at answering my questions with details and giving me recommendations about my car. Consequently, he was really professional at his job; therefore, I’d give this experience 10/10!

My service provider went to lunch during the time I was done. No one knew about my oils change being done-someone else finished checking me out. The recall took a lot longer than expected. Not acceptable. I’m thinking of switching to another auto maker for future purchases. My car is sounds like crap and your service department is the only one who serviced it.
