Lack of communication. I would always have to be the one calling for an update and when I do try contacting, I have to try at least 20 times. So much of my time wasted, spending an absurd amount of unnecessary money on ride sharing services. I feel like this dealership does not care about any sort of customer quality or try to retain customer success in anyway.
