I would have appreciated more updating. I was expecting to be without my car for about a week- even 1 -3 days extra is a big deal in our busy life. I ended up making approx 4-5 phone calls to Seidner and Norm Reeves so I could arrange my schedule around not having transportation. A couple updates (even texts) during the process would have been helpful.

I was originally scheduled 7/15/2023 for services. However I was turned away due to the schedule being over booked. I don’t appreciate being turned away with an actual appointment schedule. Staff could have notified me days prior regarding the overbooked appointments. It becomes an inconvenience for me, as I had to rearrange my schedule during the work week, which is not flexible. As for 7/20 appointments Brian was able to review what the conducted on the vehicle. The Only issue I had, was that my car was parked in the customer parking lot and not in the service area lot. Parking the car in the customer parking lot leaves my car at risk being hit by other customers and not being supervised.
