Valerie Machado was wonderful throughout a lengthy and trying repair to the turnbocharger on my Accord. Though the repair took 4 days (much of that waiting for parts), she remained kind and cheerful throughout and kept me informed every step of the way. Her willingness to offer a loaner car for my use did much to allay my concerns. Though I did not meet them, I applaud the techs, as well. The problem was diagnosed correctly and expeditiously, the repair completed to the highest standards, and the car returned in excellent condition.
