When I got the car back, I had to calibrate the air pressure system, and reset the oil maintenance system . Also, I arrived at 7:30 in the morning to cartoons blaring in the lobby. Cartoons were on all morning until about 930, when the fourth employee that I asked, found the remote and turn the channel. The first three people I spoke with all referred me to someone else to turn down the volume of the cartoons, and or turn the channel. When the nice receptionist arrived, she ended out getting the remote and turning the station. There were 15 grateful customers sitting around the TV who were also annoyed. The cartoons were blaring really loud.

What happened to the Honda I used to know? Your people are not as friendly. Spent 30 mins from time I got there to get checked in. Ridiculous. Then another 1.5 hrs for an express oil change. No free coffee or snacks anymore. Honda sycks
