My cabin air filter was not replaced as I'd asked for.
He bad mouthed sales reps saying, "they say that to get you to buy...but it doesn't include that..." referring to sealant I was sold when I purchased my vehicle. It make Joda sales reps look poorly, but also me for "falling for it."
My experience was frustrating and reminds me why I no longer come to this specific Honda location.

We arrived before our appointment time but waited 15-20min before a service rep came to help us. It was almost like they were waiting for our appointment time to come out. I asked one of the valets and they said the service reps were busy but the cars in front of us were also waiting for help and there were no customers at the service desk. When someone finally came, they didn’t even acknowledge that we had been waiting so long. I would have been fine to wait for a bit longer if we had been told up front. We sat in our running car before we finally turned off the engine 10min later.
