Went a second time to get my car diagnosed to why all multiple warning lights come on and I’m still charged this time. Why did the first diagnostic test pick up the codes that came on this time around. I waited a long time, almost half the day, even though I was the second car to be there. Not happy with that.

Presented with bill. Service incomplete. Tire pressure missing. Repair tech told her he forgot. Measured. Advised 30 pressure. That's incorrect I told her. Factory's pressure for my car is 32 and I told her. She advised tech. He corrected. I bill agreement for $1389. Final bill showed $1429. I paid but don't appreciate the bait and switch. Am your customer for many yrs. As an 84 yr old had to correct tech. Both apologized.
