Not that it was my representatives (Nancy Galvan) fault but I didn't leave happy knowing I had to pay for my oil change when I had bought my car I was told that would be free up to 2 years. I was never told if I pass 24k miles I would get charged. False advertisement and no accommodations. The representative in the end that helped me (Genaro) was nice but also passive aggressive when I had told him about how I was lied to when I bought my car. Dissatisfied & disappointed with Honda
