One thing I noticed was that there are a lot of employees. They don't seem to move like they have a lot to do. Meanwhile, a person who has an appt has to wait for 25 min just to talk to someone. Jess was great and I really appreciated the information I got from Guy and to the very nice saleswoman. Both of them helped me learn some things about my car that my original salesman and service person didn't know. What I learned was worth the wait!

I went in and paid close to $500 for tires rotation,etc. my appointment was at noon I left at 4pm. On December 26th driving back home from Christmas holiday and light on dashboard comes on. Well it’s late I’m on the highway 1 1/2 hours from home. Next day, I call service department and describe and he advised to bring it in. I look for Honda service manual and my husband finds the tires are under inflated. He says what the hell did you pay for! He’s furious time I spent, and what happened.
