Ram Diego set the standard for courtesy. He was insightful and helped me prioritize all of the different repairs that need to be done to my vehicle. He helped research a coupon that I could use because the cost of the service I needed was pretty pricey.
Another thing I liked was that I had set a separate appointment for a recall on my vehicle, but he was able to consolidate two separate appointments into one. I’m starting a new job soon so taking off work days to fix my car isn’t ideal. Only having to go to one appointment instead of two really helped me out.

I was unsatisfied with my recent serviced, due to the fact I waited 4.5 hours for an oil change and a recall. When associate gave me an estimated time and said it could be done early potentially but I would be called or texted when my services were completed. However I was never updated that there was a second recall and I was never notified my services were complete I had to find a different associate to ask because my original associate was not there. I was displease with the lack of communication I received for my appointment.
