B+ experience, Alex was extremely pleasant but really did not go above & beyond to engage with me as a valued customer. I mentioned that i do ALL my auto maintenance here at norm reeves West Covina & my comment was over looked. Do not get me wrong, very pleased with his service & I will continue to give him 10s or exceeds on all surveys; however just keep in mind the customers perspective & an opportunity to improve would be to manage multitasking.
